5.2 Withdrawals

The ku999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback on net weekly losses.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback on net weekly losses.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback on net weekly losses.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback on net weekly losses.
Cashback is calculated on total weekly losses minus total wins at the applicable rate. For example, a Gold tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ku999 and will result in immediate account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Following betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
- Operating an account using another person's information or identity.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw or loophole in the platform.
- Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users.
- Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software or bots to play games.
If such activities are detected, ku999 reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the account and take legal action.
